Individual Coaching
In my individual coaching I will work one on one with you to address your challenges whether they are making an immediate shift in your performance, enhancing your longer term perspectives or maybe even transforming your vision of your role, approach or contribution.
My clients come from a broad range of countries and cultures, and most are middle and senior level managers in international organizations who want to be more effective in their lives and in their work. They want results with more ease and grace. This means less stress and less emotional drain.
Shifting perspectives at an intellectual level is supported by seeing the body, emotions and language as portals for understanding, developing and growing. Changing at an intellectual level is rarely sustainable if not embodied. I am particularly interested in the science behind the brain and body connection for effective communication, leadership and relationships. My clients come to me for:
