Team Coaching

In my team coaching, I emphasize the need for the team to learn how to be an effective team as opposed to learning about being an effective team. Team coaching focuses on the real work of the team in its real environment — teams do not perform in a vacuum. Team coaching draws on so many skills: team facilitation, organizational consulting, organizational development, and individual and systems coaching skills. My work as a consultant, a trainer and a coach, reinforce each other and make me better at supporting you and your team to be better!
