Organization Development

In my organization development (OD) work, I support managers in navigating the space between aspirations and reality, and help them keep the human side of change and their stakeholders front and centre.

My perspective is always on the whole of the organization as a system and includes looking at the human interaction and dynamics behind the structures and systems. As an OD consultant I have worked with staff at all levels of organizations and I have conducted rapid organizational assessments (ROAs), functional reviews, and have accompanied several organizations in their long-term change processes.

Their facilitation skills were excellent, they managed to keep participant's attention, encouraged them to actively participate and conducted sometimes very difficult topic discussions with ease.
